The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Maxim Nazarov, Vice President of the Russian Presidential Academy for National Economy and Public Administration, Professor Igor Timnesev, Director of the Volgograd Management Institute of the Russian Academy, Dr. Ekaterina Istbanova, Director of International Relations at Volgograd Institute and Assistant Director of the Institute.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the agreement is to enhance cooperation and transfer of expertise in the field of administrative sciences, economics, law, business administration, public administration and other administrative and commercial disciplines.
